TalentCX  RTO student management module is a software platform that helps Registered Training Organizations (RTOs) manage and track their student enrolments, progress, and outcomes. It provides a centralised platform for RTOs to manage all aspects of their student management process, including enrolments, course schedules, student attendance, assessment results, and reporting.

Client can deliver and manage a range of courses and qualifications, including certificates, diplomas, and advanced diplomas, as well as industry-specific training. The current version 8.0 is compliant with the AVETMISS VET Provider Collection specifications release 8.0 and USI 5.0 API integration specification.

The journey typically includes the following stages:

• Pre-enrolment: This stage involves researching the course options available, assessing personal goals, and understanding the requirements for enrolment, including any prerequisite qualifications or experience.
• Enrolment: Once a student has decided on a course, they can begin the enrolment process, which involves submitting an application, paying fees, and providing any necessary documentation.
• Induction: The induction process helps students to become familiar with the RTO's policies, procedures, and expectations, as well as the course content, assessment requirements, and support services available.
• Learning and assessment: This stage involves engaging with course materials, attending classes or completing online modules, and undertaking assessments to demonstrate understanding and competency in the course content.
• Completion: Once all assessments are completed and requirements are met, the student will receive a certificate or qualification from the RTO.
• Post-completion: This stage student complete the AQTF survey to provide feedback.

The Unique Student Identifier (USI) is a reference number made up of numbers and letters, unique to each Student. The USI stays with a Student for life and must be recorded with any nationally recognised Course they undertake. The USI allows Students to link previous and future qualifications, from any providers, into a single authenticated transcript. To meet compliance obligations RTO client are required to collect and report USI numbers for Students. This applies to new Students, continuing Students, pre-enrolled Students, etc.

The TalentCX  Platform USI Integration allows API integration with the USI Registry in real time via a web service connection that allows for USI verification within the system.
