Performance Appraisal

The TalentCX  performance appraisal module provides an automated valuable tool that continually engages your workforce during any review period. The system will transform a manual, work intensive process to a more engaging, automated process that will place the emphasis on employee effectiveness, mentoring, drive to succeed whilst maintaining tracking and compliance factors. The system uses a collaboration structure that improves both the relevance and quality of employee feedback on a continual basis. The system enables alignment of organisational and individual goals so that employees see how their work matters to the organisation.

Managers can give employees meaningful feedback on a regular basis. They can now measure performance in real time and includes the ability to action and modify goals and activities in real time. The system is tightly integrated with the goals, competencies, skill, learning and job role libraries enabling an automated approach of mentoring and accurate measurement of employee performance.

The reviews can drastically reduce the time taken on this process while at the same time be more constructive for both the manager and employee.

Goal Management

The 360 multi-rater integrates the skills, competencies and roles within the organisation to provide a customised set of competencies for a specific position. Employees can be assessed on how well they demonstrate the desired competencies, evaluated both on how they do the job and the results or outcomes achieved. Employees can compare their own perceptions of their skills, abilities, and styles with the perceptions of others.
