Content deployment for clients is a core capability for TalentCX over the many years of our operation. We have deployed a wide range of content types from large commercial and developed courseware. We have developed a range of online learning courses for our clients using our knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles, applicable standards and the appropriate choice of technology. In these projects we incorporate material developed by their subject matter experts.
Our development methodology is based on a phased approach including development of the 'look and feel' of the content, learning objectives, audience needs, choice of technology (such as flash), the incorporation of the learning material and development of any quizzes or assessments. At each stage the client has an opportunity to review and sign-off before work progresses to the next phase.
